Ahhh...well, it's been a lovely few days. My 7-month monaversary of being here passed, quite unremarkably. I worked a decent amount at wholly bagles this week, my day off was kinda cloudy, but I bought some new jeans. I really like them cuz they're just chill, not too tight or anything, but they're not saggy or anything. quite comfortable.
worked at bagels on friday, had a nap and went to work at bar. i've had a bit of a cold, so i had kind of a boring night, no drinking (except for 4 red bulls), then i couldnt' sleep cuz of the fucking red bulls. stupid caffeine. stupid cold. today it's finally not too annoying, i'm all stuffed up but at least my eyes aren't watering anymore and such. today is mess day. anne hasn't found a place to move yet, but alex has to be out of his place today, so all of her stuff is here, all of his stuff will soon be here, and we dont really have that much space. plus this whole place kind of looks like a disaster. oh well, i'll have a massive clean.
yesterday i had an awesome day. not only was the weather perfect, but i went kayaking for 2 hours, paddled around the harbor and looked at boats and the beach and stuff. it was really fun. then when i got back from that i had a text that McAC was working on the boat, so I went home, showered and went to work on the boat. next step is to paint the deck and cockpit. then all thats left is the hull. yay! i want to go sailing!
i've been in a good mood pretty much all week, even with the cold and such. it's been good = )
