Hello Hello! I'm alive. Figured it's time for an update.
Today I finished class. Forever. (assuming i pass my 2 classes) All that's left is my bug collection and my plant collection. I've got about 15 plants, so I need about 10 more and just need to I.D., label, and stick them on herbarium paper. Not too worried about that. The bug collection will not be complete when I turn it in because I procrastinated too much and am now pretty much screwed. I'll live though. I personally think it's a fun assignment, but that they're asking a bit much for it. I've only got 10 bugs of 25 and 2 of those I can't use because they're all of the same order. Yeah. After that it's just thesis research, which I'm really looking forward to starting. Woohoo! Hopefully I'll update a bit more often about results and such during that process.
Still working at bagels 20 hours a week or so. Tomorrow night I'm working at the bar for the first time in a long while at a huge event called Slinky. Might work a drum and bass thing on sunday night too, but not really sure. Just need the money = ) And yes, they still owe me from a couple months ago. Maybe they'll actually get around to paying me!!
Other than work and school.
Alex is moving back to Germany on the 25th of June. Very strange thought that he won't be around at all. We're going snowboarding from teh 19-22 of June, so that should be really fun. It's weird to think of June as the beginning of the snowboarding season, but it's all good = ) I get to go snowboarding!!
Given that Alex is moving, I'm also moving, and I've made up my mind where to. I'll be sharing a room in a really nice flat in the central city, right off the main nightlife street here in Welly. It's also right across the street from the stripclub hte "Santa Fe" so if i ever decide.....j/k = P
It's really cheap and I'd probably be spending most my time there anyways if I was paying for another flat. For the price, I'd also have to end up living way out in the boonies, and given that I'm very very poor, the price is important to me. There are 4 people living in the flat altogether, 2 of whom I don't even know. I know their names, but that's about it. Duane and Tracy will be in the two rooms downstairs. I'll be upstairs and we have our own little landing upstairs and our own bathroom. We'll see how it all goes.
Other than that.
I'm tired = )
