ah well. i cannot believe valentines day is tomorrow. not that i'm all that upset/worried or anything about not having a "valentine" but that means it's like, halfway through february. i've almost been here 8 months. my goodness it's insane!
i figured out part of the MAC thing which is just good for my mental health = P
i worked on the boat yesterday, we've got all the paint off the hull and used this nasty goopy paint stripper stuff to get the varnish off and it's now pretty much everywhere and we have to quickly resand most of the deck and cockpit. damn goopy stuff! it was fun though, i covered myself in paint dust and got to watch csi!
not much goin on my way. been doing a decent amount of climbing. i'm thinking about getting my own harness and shoes, i was thinking of getting them from fergs, but i might have some other places to look first like trademe (NZ ebay) and friends who know climbers with used gear. i'm also thinking (again) of a tattoo. small. i think i've figured out where, but it will take some guts for me to actually get it. maybe i'll go for feedback here...small on the bottom side of my wrist. it wouldn't show unless my hang was upturned. dont know if that makes any sense, but it's been bothering me, like i've felt like there should be something there that isn't. i keep thinking i'm seeing something there and in my dreams there is something there. going along with a book i recently read and enjoyed much, i wonder if there's some meaning in that. anyways, we'll see. it's mostly just a thought right now.
i got pesto squirted in my shoe and all over my foot today. bloody flirtatious co-workers. well, just john and today was his last day so he was enjoying flinging food all over the place. still fun stuff though = ) i'm working at bagels mon-fri this week. lots and lots of hours. 8.5 hours today. 5.5 tomorrow, 8 on wed, 8 on thursday, something like that at least. i'm gonna be so sick of bagels. oh well = ) it's money in the bank (which i desperately need having just paid my student fees)
