I have a guess that as my summer break goes along, posts will become either very infrequent and boring, or very frequent and boring because when Anne leaves I'm not gonna have a whole lot to do.
Asa arrives today to visit and I was going to pick him up at the airport, but when i woke up today i seriously felt really sick. it seems to have passed now, but now it's too late to head over to the airport. especially since i still need to clean up around here a bit. hopefully he'll show up here cuz i dont know how else to find him.
Not sure if we have to work tonight, hopefully I'll hear from Adam sometime today to work that out. Definitely have to work tomorrow night, should be interesting since boss-man won't be there. it'll be kinda weird to not have him there, might be nice. = ) I feel bad having to work while asa's here and I'd like to tell him my whole situation, but he hates hearing about that stuff, since it's pretty stupid anyways.
It is a beautiful day outside, I wish I didn't have to go to this stupid lab meeting. luckily it should only be about an hour. wonder what asa will want to do during my meeting. if i feel okay i think we might go to te papa afterwards so he can see it and the waterfront and stuff. i'm not sure how long he's here or what all he will want to see.
it's been a strange week. memories of mexico, plus all the new memories made.
ooh...on monday we had mission: corona. it was initially mission: corona on the beach, but this really weird homeless-ish guy with a sexual identity crisis ate all our salsa, so that mission was aborted and became mission: corona. this led us to the death tower! where mission corona continued for a bit, and then led us to the benches above home, which prompted mission:HAHA. mission HAHA was quite successful and is still good fun.
fuck we need to clean up before asa gets here. there's remnants of the chocolate self-saucing us munchers made the other day on the counter and my room is a disaster. and i still feel kinda crappy. how annoying.
maybe i'll feel better if i take a shower and tidy up a bit instead of sitting around staring at a computer screen.
