My birthday was awesome. It really did rock. I have super cool friends. I got lots of sweet as gifts and had an average day with a long, random, slightly drunken ending.
Stupid Darin and Anne were trying to get my drunk (it being my birthday) and we started at murphys and had cider, then went to tupelo and had lemonade-vodkas, then curve for tequila, then sub-9 for...uhhhh....gin and apple juice or something weird like that, then we went to the big kumara for dancing, but didnt really dance, just kind of hung out drunkenly, ended up back at curve where i slept on a couch for a couple hours and then got home at like 7:30. am. gah.
during this whole time, anne and i were having so much fun being random as fuck. we fucking saw the french crepe guy at tupelo. we also met a guy named toby who works there and is pretty cute, but he disappeared. we had a great time lying on the roof outside curve and discussing the gresaders who were gonna spit on us. and we were talking about painting and i almost stabbed darin's eye out with a paintbrush...there were SO many awesome random funny moments i loved it!
today was a really awful day, but for some reason i really didnt care. probably because for a lot of the day the sun was out and that was really nice. now it's raining and i'm feeling very lazy and apathetic. Apathy. mmm...maybe i'll watch van wilder. oh, i'm supposed to go watch a movie with alex. man, it's such a long walk across the street. hahaha. damn i'm lazy.
mmm...i have a ducky hot water bottle holder. = ) and a chocolate cake waiting for me in the other room...and the lord of the rings movies...and an all blacks beach towel...wheeeee....
yeah, euphoria wearing off. confusion setting in.
ooh ooh! we are going tomorrow to sign the lease agreement on our new flat! i think we're going to move in next week!! woohoo! i'm actually gonna miss this room a bit, it's set up nicely, but in the new place i have a big bed. i've never had a big bed! always just a twin and i think the new place has a queen one. my comforter is a queen sized one so it'll be perfect! means i can have someone over to sleep with me and i dont have to be all squashed in next to em. no, i'm not saying i'm gonna invite guys over, but if i did meet a guy or something it'd be nice.
weird to think that i have no more class for this semester. 3 weeks til the psycho final exam and then it's summer. yay summer. it's raining outside right now = (
